Job Title: Field Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving sales targets, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, and plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and increase customer satisfaction.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners to drive sales growth, resolve issues, and identify new business opportunities.
4. Sales Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective actions to ensure sales targets are met.
5. Market Intelligence and Competitor Analysis: Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor data, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and tactics.
6. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipelines to ensure accurate sales projections and revenue growth.
7. Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities to sales representatives to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance.
8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
3. Proven track record of sales success, leadership, and team management.
4. Strong knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
6. Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop corrective actions.
7. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
