Job Title:                         Stock Taker

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Stock Taker to join our team in ensuring accurate inventory management and control. As a Stock Taker, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our inventory, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the efficient distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct Physical Stock Counts: Perform regular and cyclic stock counts to ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory records.
2. Verify Inventory Discrepancies: Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock counts and inventory records.
3. Maintain Inventory Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including stock levels, expiration dates, and batch numbers.
4. Monitor Stock Levels: Identify and report low-stock levels, expired or damaged products, and other inventory-related issues.
5. Support Inventory Management: Collaborate with the inventory management team to implement inventory control measures, optimize stock levels, and improve distribution efficiency.
6. Ensure Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to inventory management.
7. Provide Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and provide insights on inventory trends, discrepancies, and other relevant metrics.
8. Maintain a Safe and Organized Work Environment: Ensure the warehouse and inventory areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Requirements
– High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
– 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or a related field.
– Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in a warehouse environment.
– Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
